The interior layout was completely redesigned from the kitchens and bathrooms to the new code compliant stairs. The existing 2×4 wall framing was sprayed with 3” of closed cell spray foam to make the home more energy efficient. The transformation of this house from its existing state to the completion of construction is a night and day difference.
