As general contractors, we can oversee a complete building project from site work and septic to appliances and fixtures. We offer preliminary site visits at no charge. Estimates are given prior to the beginning of any project. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance to any customer who so desires a copy. We are located in Waitsfield VT, 25 miles southwest of the Vermont state capitol of Montpelier, on Route 17 in the heart of the Green Mountains, only a five minute ride from both Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas.
We require a certificate of insurance from all of our sub-contractors prior to any of their work being performed. Our work is guaranteed for a one-year period from the point of substantial completion of a project.
